Membership Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in a Crew membership with Aura Mobile Wellness, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership Billing and Auto-Renewal

All Crew memberships are billed on a monthly basis and are automatically renewed each month using the payment method on file. By enrolling, you authorize Aura Mobile Wellness to charge your selected payment method for recurring monthly membership fees until the membership is canceled in accordance with these terms.

Minimum Commitment

All Crew memberships require a minimum three-month commitment. By enrolling, you agree to maintain your membership for at least three consecutive billing cycles.

Early Termination Policy

If a membership is canceled before completing the three-month minimum commitment, an early termination fee will apply. This fee is equal to the remaining monthly membership fees required to complete the three-month commitment and will be charged at the time of early termination. This early termination fee reflects the discounted pricing, services, and benefits received during the membership period.

Cancellation and Modification Requests

All membership cancellations or modifications must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] to ensure proper documentation and processing.

-- Requests are considered received on the date the email is received by our team and are subject to the notice and commitment terms outlined in this agreement.

-- Verbal requests, text messages, or messages sent through social media platforms are not considered valid forms of cancellation or modification.

Cancellation Policy

After the three-month minimum commitment has been fulfilled, memberships require fourteen days' notice prior to the next billing cycle to cancel. Cancellation requests must be received within this notice period to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. Requests submitted after this timeframe will take effect for the following billing cycle.

Service Credits and Carryover Policy

Certain memberships may include specific services or benefits that are eligible to carry over or accrue as a credit when explicitly stated within that membership’s description.

-- If a service credit or benefit is not specifically stated as eligible for carryover or accrual, it is valid only during the active billing month in which it is issued.

-- Unused services do not roll over, credits do not accumulate, benefits do not convert to account credit, and services have no cash value unless otherwise stated in writing.

-- Any permitted carryover or accrued credits will be clearly outlined within the individual membership details.

Non-Transferable Memberships

Crew memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual enrolled. Services, credits, discounts, and benefits associated with a membership may not be shared, gifted, or transferred to another person unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

No Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable once billed. This includes partial months, unused services, or early cancellation after a billing cycle has begun.

Medical Discretion and Service Eligibility

All services are subject to medical appropriateness and provider discretion. Enrollment in a membership does not guarantee eligibility for specific treatments. Services are provided based on individual assessment, medical guidance, and safety considerations.

Membership Changes

Aura Mobile Wellness reserves the right to update or modify membership offerings, benefits, or pricing with appropriate notice in compliance with applicable laws. Any changes will be communicated prior to taking effect.

Suspension or Termination

Aura Mobile Wellness reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership if these terms are violated, misuse of services occurs, or continued participation is deemed inappropriate for medical or safety reasons.

Agreement Acknowledgment

By enrolling in a Crew membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions.
